By accessing or using any services offered by TechnikGo LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

We offer services including website/app development, digital marketing, and cloud communication solutions. All work is subject to mutually agreed project scope and timeline.

Payments

• 50% advance required before project start (unless otherwise agreed).
• Balance upon completion or as per agreed milestones.
• Late payments may attract a 2% monthly interest.

Intellectual Property

All custom development is owned by the client upon full payment. Until then, TechnikGo LLC retains ownership.

Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Use our services for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer our platforms
• Resell or rebrand without permission

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are delayed
• Terms are violated
• Abuse or fraudulent activity is detected

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. All services are provided “as-is”. TechnikGo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 3 months.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
