At TechnikGo LLC, we strive to deliver quality. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow the below refund policy:
Website & App Development
- Before Work Begins: Full refund of advance.
- After Work Starts: Partial refund based on work completed.
- After Delivery: No refund.
Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly Retainers: No refund for previous months or work already completed.
- If you cancel mid-month, we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
Cloud-based Calling Solutions (VoIP, 3CX, etc.)
- Licensing & Setup Fees: Non-refundable.
- Subscription Fees: Can be refunded if service was not activated or used.
Custom Software/CRM Development
- Due to complexity and resource allocation, no refund is applicable once development starts.
- For cancellation, deliverables completed until that point will be billed.
